We hope that you don’t want to get your Google AdSense Ad account permanently banned, blocked or disabled. Do you?
If not, then why you searched for “Google AdSense Pop-Up Window Ads?”
Many newbie bloggers don’t know the proper Google AdSense Pop-up Window Ads policy. So, before moving forward using the Google AdSense Ads on your site, you must go through the terms and conditions properly.
The Google AdSense doesn’t allow the publishers for using the Pop-Up Window Ads. And this thing is clear from these lines mentioned under Google AdSense:
“Another possibility is that you visited a site while surfing and that site launched pop-up windows in the background. These ads are known in the advertising industry as “pop-unders.” Other web pages trigger pop-ups when a user leaves that site. When you came to Google, the windows may have become visible. Again, we do not condone this practice and do not allow it on Google.”
Some of you might think that using the Pop-Ads will bring in more money and that is why you searched for Google AdSense Pop-up Windows Ads. But the truth is that this might permanently ban or cancel your AdSense account.

The website pages which have activated the pop-up or pop-under techniques are not permitted to show the AdSense ads under the AdSense product Ad policies. So, the websites which deploy pop-under ads cannot use the Google AdSense Ads.
Google wrote:
“To simplify our policies, we are no longer permitting the placement of Google ads on pages that are loaded as a pop-up or pop-under. Additionally, we do not permit Google ads on any site that contains or triggers pop-unders, regardless of whether Google ads are shown in the pop-unders.”
The new policies are:
- The Google AdSense Ads are not allowed on those websites having more than three pop-ups. If the publisher has placed the pop-ups, then they must not interfere in the site’s distribute viruses, navigation, initiate downloads or change user preferences.
- The Google AdSense Ads are not allowed on those websites which have triggered pop-unders.
- Last but not the least, the websites which are using Google AdSense Ads must not load any software which interferes in the navigation, triggers pop-ups, redirects the readers to unwanted sites or modifies the browser settings.
The publisher is responsible for ensuring no use of the ad affiliates or network for directing the traffic to those pages containing the AdSense code.
The final and best solution for this is to use the General Ads of AdSense on your website instead of using the Pop-Up Window Ads.
