You should not panic when you are unable to stay confident in a situation that scares you. If you stress about it, you will get anxiety attacks and it will cause you problems. Take a deep breath and think about the solutions or start finding reasons for everything that is happening around you.

If you stay calm and let your brain work, it’s going to help you. Being tensed and stressed about something for long can damage your brain cells and it might even affect your mental health. Your mind should stay calm so as to think rationally.

To get rid of a fearful thoughts, accept what’s going on and don’t try to run from it. Save yourself some time to think and stay as positive as you can. You will retain some energy and won’t jump on to conclusion like, taking an action on the spot or running away to some place.

Don’t run from it

The more you run from your fear, the more it chases you. Thus, you must realise that you have to face them someday. Face your fears, conquer them and do not let them ruin your life.

After you’ve beaten up your fears, it will be proved that you were just being paranoid. In future, you may even laugh about that situation.

Have faith

To have faith in something, it is not compulsory to be spiritual or a follower of God. You should have faith in yourself. Try to recall a moment which you thought you wouldn’t overcome but you did.

Remember that you’re stronger than this. Being afraid can keep you out of danger but it can also lead you to danger. If you believe in the almighty, have a belief that he’s going to make everything alright. Because he’s always been with you in your worst conditions too, you survived them and now you’re going to get past through this situation too.

Don’t give up

It’s okay to be afraid of something, it makes you more of a human. But you should not give up on the fact that you can overcome it. Whatever it is, that you’re afraid of, run behind it and face it.

Control your imagination and try to focus on different things.

See yourself as a calm and positive person, take deep breaths and do the counting method. You will observe a chain of reactions. You will be calmed down, you will not have panic attacks and now you will be capable of using your mind to think about the situation rather than getting stressed about them.
