In the study, which consisted of 40 people, 41% of people said that they had a good sleep and only 20% of people complained that their sleep was hampered. Having a purring cat may be very relaxing and conducive to sleep. Cuddling is okay but scientists do not recommend sleeping with your pet in the same bed.
