Citibank offers its credit card clients a variety of options for paying their credit card bills, including using a Citibank account or another bank account. There are three simple options for making Citibank credit card payments that are listed below.

Citibank online account

Having a Citibank account and using the net banking service, you may use the standing instruction feature to set up a monthly standing instruction to pay your Citibank credit card bill on or before the due date. You will have the option of paying the minimum amount due or the entire amount owing using the service. Your Citibank credit card bill will be paid automatically every month from your Citi savings account once the bank has approved your setup. To avoid payment failure, make sure you have enough cash in your account.

Money transfer via NEFT

When not having a Citibank savings account, you can pay your Citibank credit card bill with any other bank account. You only need online banking access to your savings account to pay your Citibank credit card bill with NEFT. Log in to your net banking account, pick money transfer, add your Citibank card as a payee, and complete the payment.

BillDesk accepts Citibank credit card payments

BillDesk is another simple option to make a payment on your Citibank credit card. All you need is access to your bank account through internet banking. You don’t need to add any beneficiaries when using BillDesk; all you have to do is supply the credit card information and the bank name from which you want to make the payment. To complete the payment, you will be forwarded to the corresponding bank’s payment portal.

Citibank Credit Card Payments Offline

Dropboxes
You can deposit a check or demand draught drawn on your credit card number in any drop box available at select locations. It could take up to 7 working days for the changes to appear in your account.

ATMs
You can also make credit card payments at any Citibank ATM, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use the machine to deposit both checks and cash. To make a deposit, follow the ATM’s instructions. Cash payments can take up to two days to appear in your account, whereas checks can take up to seven days. How to download Citibank Credit Card Statement?

The many online methods for getting your Citibank Credit Card Statement are shown below. Follow the steps outlined below:

  • Citibank Netbanking is a service provided by Citibank.
  • Use your User ID and IPIN to access Citibank Online.
  • Go to the ‘Credit Card’ section on the homepage.
  • On the left-hand side, select the ‘e-statement’ option.
  • Select ‘View your statement online’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Choose the required month from the archived statements list.

You can print, view, or download your Citibank credit card statements for the last 18 months or from the date of registration if you are registered for e-statements.
